Appearance[]
Tara is dark-skinned (although the second picrew doesn't show that, but I will fix that later). He has short blue hair that sweeps to the side. She likes dressing up similar to her mom (Mermista) and her dad (Sea Hawk).
Personality[]
Tara is tomboyish and not that girly, as it is shown when he refused to go to the prom
